What do you do when a release has the most amazing critter sets and a fab cheery ‘Summertime’ paper pad…. well, you put them together and Gimme 5 at Penny Black!
That’s right, I have a total of 5 cards today and a video to show you the process and of course they are all the same but different!
You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at Youtube.
Now to start, here’s the coolest dude on the block…
And I want to go to the same party as this guy if he is running that fast, it must be a good one!
ooh, so sweet…
and this little fella is cuteness overload!
and now to make a safe landing, although, he doesn’t look too worried!
How easy, what a fun way to play with the Summertime papers and add a little bit of Penny Black Critter cuteness.
Did you know this is being shared at the Penny Black channel as well… I am beyond thrilled, I would love you to check it out HERE!
I hope you had as much fun as I did, have a great and crafty day,

These are so much fun – endless critter cuteness!!! Also I love the die cut on the patterned papers – it makes for such a cool effect!
Oh my gosh! What a fun collection of the most darling lil sweeties! That background die is awesome and your designs are delightful. Off to watch the video.
OMG, these cards are just stinking adorable. Love the papers, critters, everything.
These are absolutely ADORABLE!!! And I a, the pop dot and fun foam queen so all your layers thrilled me. Tip-I coat my fun foam with atg tape, add paper and die cut. So much easier than glue! Also the double sided adhesive papers work great for that. I don’t do well with wet glue-so these help me out!
Hi Sharon, I love the idea of ‘coating’ the paper with ATG tape, I used the glue because it’s a more affordable product than the double sided sheets of adhesive (I tend to hoard those as much as I hoard design paper lol.) but I think atg tape would be great, I must try it next time! thanks so much for the tip, for visiting and for your lovely comments, Hugs Therese
Love the critters, and the background is what makes your cards.
Fabulous cards Therese!
Fun! Fun! Fun! Wonderful use of your pp – I don;’t use mine much either! There are going to be 5 very delighted recipients out there. Thank you for the terrific video too Therese 🙂
How cute and fun! I need to be a good girl too and use my pp! and I agree when making 1 you might as well make 5 – you’ve already got everything out! 🙂 Have a great week.
Loooveee these cards…especially the one with the cool cat on the skateboard with the sunnies on…great video too..!!
You’ve out done yourself, Therese. All 5 cards are adorable and fun. I think my favorite critter is the mouse on a mouse. And the background music you chose for when you were coloring/cutting out your critters was oerfect! I always love to watch you create. Thanks for the inspiration you provide.
Such cute images and I love how you have coordinated them with the papers.
These cards are amazing! I love that background die and the critters you chose are too sweet! I try to use my patterned paper but I just have sooo much of it and I keep buying more!! 😬
I´m in love Therese! They are ALL soooo pretty. If you had them for sale I would buy them all!
Have a lovely day/Gunilla
