Today I have quick share of a card that I made for a friend’s mother who is from Holland. Hence the orange tulips!
It’s hard to see but there is a shaker in the ’80’ it has a black background and some shiny Pitch Black glass glitter from Prima.
I’ll be back again real soon, Hugs
Other Supplies: Prismacolor Pencils – Yellow Chartreuse / Limepeel / Moss Green / Sand / Yellowed Orange / Pale Vermilion.
I’m Dutch too and I love this card!
That was really quick! 😉 Very pretty card though! Love the field of tulips.
Gorgeous card!
The two sizes of tulip stamps gives it a lot of depth and the way you did the sky also adds dimension. Lovely.
Gorgeous custom card.
Love those orange tulips – and summer! Beautifully made card for a special friend!
That is so pretty. I’m sure she loved it. I love all of the tulips. ☺
Gorgeous, what a wonderful card for a very special birthday!
Oh … I do love tulips – and have YET to make this set mine! I’m betting that 80 year old will adore it!

I have been enjoying following your posts since I found it a couple months ago. Your creativity is so inspiring, and this card is another one. I found the black beads after re-reading your comments on how you did this card. Clever!
What a beautiful card Therese. Those tulips look so real. Love the background making this card look just like there are tulips growing in the garden. Fabulous shaker card. Now I am reminded of Tiny Tim singing Tip Toe Through the Tulips………..
Beautiful card, great perspective again looking through the tulips 🙂 x
So sorry for the late post…This is absolutely beautiful, Therese! I love that you chose orange tulips and your glass glitter is so striking! Your friend’s mom is going to love this card!
superb layering here and I love the mottled green in-between the stems, as well as the sky, such a beautiful scene. I’ll bet she loved it x
