In my book, ‘Gold’ and ‘weddings’ are two things that go together kinda like peas and carrots… Today’s card is one that I made for Altenew using the gorgeous Ladies’ Day Out stamp set with my own added Antique Gold embossed features.
I don’t know about you but I’ve had some problems with gold embossing powders in the past where they leave a residual haze on the cardstock, even if I prepped with a powder, but this one works perfect everytime!
I Framed the dress after stamping it on some Pale Gray cardstock, and added some flowers and a sentiment from the Celebrations stamp set, and I can’t believe that I didn’t use any ‘black’ ink today, it was unintentional but a nice change all the same.

How clever to “dress” up (pardon the pun) the dress bodice with gold. Genius! Lovely dress and card. I prefer a daily Therese fix so miss you on the days you dont have a video.
