Video : Yupo with Altenew at Scrapbook Boutique!

I’ve been watching the Yupo trend and was wondering how it would work for me….   because, as you know, I don’t like to get ‘inky’.  But I do adore bright colours and the watercolour look and Altenew flowers, so the answer was simple, add them all together and I am happy.  Today’s video is for Scrapbook Boutique and I had a blast bringing this card together.

I added a fab embossed sentiment from MFT, this whole stamp set is FUN!Lostinpaper - Altenew - Charmed - MFT - Anything but a basic birthday - Yupo (card video) 1

You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at Youtube.

I’ve linked all the products that I used below or you can find them here at Scrapbook Boutique.  Hope you are having the most fantastic day!  Hugs,

  1. I think you have done such amazing job of this beautiful card, yupo and those inks go simply perfect together. Stunning colour selection and gorgeous sentiment. Well done x

  2. How timely you have made a card with Alcohol Inks. I visited the Art and Soul Store in Hervey Bay yesterday to buy some (and a LOT of other goodies btw) and can’t wait to try them especially after seeing you play. Love the bright colours and simple style Therese. Thanks.

  3. Your unique style with Yupo – just lovely! What restraint you have – stopping when your effect was achieved – just amazing. Thank you so much for sharing your take on alcohol inks Therese – always different and always beautiful result!

  4. I bought Charmed when it first came out and have never felt successful (the ways I have used it!). I love your loose coloring and just have to pull out my yupo and alcohol inks and try ONE MORE TIME! I love Charmed and just can’t give up on it! 😀 Thanks for the gorgeous card inspiration and video technique!♥

  5. It has been a very long time since I have left a comment. I love your card and since I have purchased these inks and yupo paper from Scrapbook Boutique ages ago I will have to give this unique style a try over the Easter weekend. Isopropyl Alcohol can also be purchased at Bunnings in a larger bottle and the same brand.

  6. What a beauty, Therese … such fabulous saturated colour on this delicious card … and none on your fingers … yay, it’s possible to be inky and clean!! Added to my list of things to try! Hugs, Anita 🙂
