With so many wonderful supplies at our fingertips it would be easy to miss the little ones…. Today I share a bold way to use the Altenew Floral Elements Stamp Set.
This Mini set packs a punch and would look great in so many different colour combinations, or even just silhouetted in black!
I added a simple sentiment from Happy Dreams and a big Bold Numerals ’50’ so there is no doubt about what this card is for lol.

Lovely, card, Therese! I love the soft colors with the bold 50!
Any ideas using the smaller, otherwise unused elements of a stamp set are appreciated — and your example is great. Thank you!
I love the soft colors in this card, it is quite beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
making background with small stamps (or any size for that matter!!) is always so difficult for me and you made this look so easy – wonderful card, Therese!!!
Therese, I struggle finding rhyme or reason to stamping these tiny delights… you do it so wonderfully! I’m betting anything you’ll show me the way… off to watch! xx
=]
Oh, I can do that. Thank you for sharing this idea.
Love the bold colors you picked!
Absolutely LOVE, LOVE this bold and beautiful flowers, the colors you chose are so vibrant, who’d know these small images could create such an impact.
I wonder who’s the lucky 50 year old gal who is going to receive this card but I do know she’ll love it.
Thank you for sharing.
XO
Love the card and the bold ’50”! (Although I need a bigger number)
50 is a big one but you managed to help it feel small too! Yay as I am turning 49 big ones this year myself! Thanks for sharing!

Lovely card–I love the floral/leaf images and your bright happy color palette!
Love this ‘simple’ elegant and of so lovely card!
I watched on Altenew’s blog. Again, Therese, this card is excellent!
Beautiful card, Therese! Wonderful combo of colors. You make background stamping look so easy – it is something that I do struggle with and so I don’t try it too often.
Love your card.
What a pretty card! Love the background you created using the small stamps. I will turn 80 in December; so 50 is quite young in my humble opinion!!
Love the card you designed with small stamps and beautiful colors. Great inspiration.
Great card! I think that I need those number dies!
They are a great size (no hiding the facts with these), now I just ‘need’ to get some of those Mega numbers, definitely no hiding there lol. Thanks so much for your lovely visit, Crafty hugs, Therese
Oh, those are fabulous, too!
Nice bright colors adding cheer to a big milestone. Great card.
Awesome card! Love it!
I really love this card the beautiful clean colours and the simplicity of the whole card. That rubellite is on my list now. Great accent colour. Thanks Therese.
A very pretty colourful Spring card Therese and it is only a few days away. Yay!
That’s such a beautiful and cheerful card!! Love it 🙂
Lovely card. The black against the colour is great. Like that sentiment.
What a fun card. It seemed to be very quick and easy too. Loved the colours you chose.
This is such a pretty card! I really love how you created the background with the floral images 🙂
love that BIG BOLD 50! They should be proud to have reached that. I am proud to have reached 65
Your card is beautiful and very elegant ! I love the happy colors.
Birthday’s cards can be challenging depending on the number of years : more years = more susceptibility ! I had to create a card for a 70th birthday lately. As it was for a real Scottish man I did not know at all. I recreated the tartan of his clan and put a big 70 on my card. I would never have dared to put the number for a woman without knowing her.
Thank you for the inspiration.
This is so pretty, love the pastel colours and I think the small images make the most amazing designs!!
Love the colours and design of the card, 🌸🤗
That’s such a versatile stamp set and priced well except for international postage. Love your choice of colours.
You make stamping a background look so easy, Therese.
As always a lovely idea and gets my fingers itching to make!

Love the bright colours and your use of the numbers in black is fantastic! Cheers, Dotty 🙂
What lovely colours and overall design. I use a car chamois as a stamp cleaner too, and love it. It’s also great for keeping inky fingers from causing trouble!
I absolutely adore your card Therese.

Love watching you design! It is great to think what one could do with the smaller stamps in a set…usually I am at a loss…now I think I will ‘see’ them differently! TFS♥
Lovely card, that background looks great and it’s a perfect way to use little stamps!
