Oh my gosh but when I saw this Letterboard Die Set from Ellen Hutson I was in Heaven!
My first card is ‘classic letterboard’ except that it’s a pink one…. but I adore the fact that you can ‘write’ what ever it is that you want and today it was all about Carbs.
This is a fun point in my house because currently I am on my husband’s ‘low carb’ diet. Now, I’m not complaining he does do the cooking after all and I am becoming quite svelte lol.
My next card has an accompanying video as I wanted to change up the Letterboard set and see just what I could do with it….
I did add some fun sushi from the Wasabi Stamp Set and a bespoke sentiment using the Letterboard Larger Alpha.

The bamboo tray and chopsticks are awesome. Definitely the right choice to have chopsticks. Colours are great.

Not sure I’d be too good on a low carb diet – Ms 23 & Ms 19 have been doing an 8 week challenge at the gym which has changed some of the foods we eat however we love our pasta & rice way to much.
Being in the coffee industry, when I saw soy I went straight to latte. These cards are awesome. Loved the video.
