Video : Take 2 with Therese – Bouquet 2 Ways!

Today I share how to create the ‘same’ Bouquet 2 Ways with this ‘Take 2 with Therese’ video for Altenew!  I thought this would make for a fun project using the new Wispy Begonia Stamp Set that was recently released.

Altenew - Wispy Begonia - Therese Calvird (Take 2 card video) 5 - Copy

My first card has the bouquet in a one layer design and I used the Altenew Artist Markers to colour all of my images today.

My sentiment was stamped over top of the image and this also comes from the Wispy Begonia Stamp Set.

Next, my second card has the same bouquet but this time it’s a layered version.  I added a Pale Gray Cardstock background splattered with the Pure White Ink Spray,

and my sentiment came from the beautiful Engagement Wishes Stamp Set.

I have linked the products that I used below or you can find them here at Altenew.  Thanks so much for stopping by, I would love to know if you have any ideas that you would like me to try in this feature, please write them in the comments below.  Hugs,

  1. Thank you for showing how to add color to white flowers. The same color scheme would look great using the Altenew Gsrdenia stamp. When I got back into card making in 2015, I resisted buying the copic markers and was glad I did as Altenew came out with the wonderful Artist Markers. I have A, B, C and will soon order E. I love the Bamboo ink color too and will enjoy having the color as a marker.

  2. These cards are so lovely. Always being in need of anniversary and sympathy cards, this style fits the bill perfectly. Simple yet beautiful. Thanks for sharing!

  3. Simply beeeeeeeeeeeeeautiful Therese. Thanks for showing us the most wonderful creations during the year and I look forward to seeing many more in the New Year. Merry Merry Christmas.

  4. Truly genius! 😊 You continue to inspire and amaze me with your techniques and originality. Thanks so much. 😚 I wish you and your husband the very merriest of Christmases and a safe and inspirational of New Years. I hope we’re able to get together next year. BIG HUGS from Janelle xxx

  5. These are both beautiful, Therese … the subtle colouring is just lovely! I’m also an afficianado of sentiments stamped slightly over images, so I love the OLC especially! Hope you had a blessed and joy filled Christmas! Hugs, Anita 🙂

Oh … an idea for your Take Two Feature … I know you’ve used Charmed before, though I don’t recall if it was as a Take Two. If it wasn’t, could it be … I just received it and would love to see some additional ideas for using it! A:)

Thanks for visiting! I'd love to hear what you have to say.
