Good Times Release from Ellen Hutson + Video!

Today I share some easy repeat stamping tricks in my video.  But firstly, did you know that I ride a Scooter, for real!  So when I saw this new Good Times Stamp Set released from Ellen Hutson I could not resist it.

Today I decided to ‘fight’ with the Vivid Brights again and this time I tamed them lol.  I love the idea of a ‘whole card’ shaker

and these A2 MFT pouches make it a breeze and it fits perfectly with the border from the Rainbow Die Set.

My second design was created by repeat stamping the Scooter and I decided just to colour one image to highlight it.

But I didn’t stop there, I also decided to relive my love – hate relationship with Glossy Accents and I know you know what I mean….

You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at YouTube.

I hope you are inspired to try some simple repeat stamping on a card design!  Thanks so much for your visit here today, I will be back with some more release inspiration in a couple of days.  Til then, Hugs,

  1. These are both adorable cards! I think that if I rode a scooter I would want this stamp set, too! Just a note…I have the same love/hate relationship with Glossy Accents! 🙂

  2. Love the scooter card. Highlight coloring gorgeous. I feel your pain with glossy…never can get through a bottle without glogging.

  3. So absolutely adorable .. I’m looking for an embossing folder for you to provide those divots! and I can totally see you on your scooter… you are so cool, my friend! xx
    =] Scooter

  4. Oh Therese, these cards are adorable and isn’t this a great stamp set that could be used to make cards for anyone – male, female or kiddies. Love the release.

  5. Here’s a tip on keeping the tip of the glossy accents clear: when you buy something that has a tag on it held on with a plastic attacher, put that plastic piece in the tip of the bottle. You won’t need to use the cap. Keep the “tail” long and it works like a charm. Not my idea, but can’t remember who I got it from.

  6. Gorgeous cards! so bright.
Um riding a scooter I can see you doing that. At one point I wanted a motor bike (don’t tell my kiddos! Ms E’s boyfriend has one!).

  7. Goegeous cards…. the scooter is fab! And I love those sprinkles! I need to get some of those MFT pouches hugs XoX

  8. That shaker looks good enough to eat, Therese … it’s brilliant … and so fun! LOVE the spot lighted scooter … it’s cute, cool and deliciously shiny! Glossy Accents … I tried swapping the top with one of the precision glue tips … it’s so much more controlable … and with a pin in it, it doesn’t get all cloggy either. Life is so much easier as a result (lol!). Hugs, Anita 🙂
