One layer (mostly) clean & simple cards can be a challenge but today I have 5 card ideas to share with you using some Penny Black stamps and just a little colouring!
This is part of my Gimme 5 Series for Penny Black and if you haven’t seen these videos before then you can check out heaps more at my YouTube Channel Here.
Starting with a very intense Inktense image with 5 dogs in a boat… this stamp is called Friendship and such fun to colour.
and the sentiment was surgically removed from a sentiment out of the Good Wishes Stamp Set.
My most clean & simple card is up next using the gorgeous Ballet Beauty and a sentiment from the Huggable Stamp Set.
Note that just a touch of glitter was essential for this image.
Some no line Prismacolor pencils on a grey coloured card base was perfect for this Little Angel,
for an off the edge project.
A masked and dotted background made a fun playground for these Hedgie Presents cuties.
And the sentiment is from the Huggable set yet again.
My final and ‘busiest’ design is a scene which I have created with the mice from It’s Your Day.
I added a debossed rectangle using one of the Square Frames Dies to create a frame for my scene.

What an amazing variety of cards and an incredible amount of work. Love them all, but the dogs in the boat and the little mice are my favourites. I’m very much inspired. Thank you. Off to watch the video so that I can enjoy the full experience.
The ballerina is just so incredibly sweet! I love to watch you color with pencils … my favorite to color with (even though — and maybe especially because — it takes a long time to color with them). I’ve not tried stamping and coloring directly on the card base before and I look forward to giving that a try. All of these are such sweet cards. I think I have a neon pink pencil too and I don’t believe I’ve ever given it a try. Maybe now …??!!! Thanks, Therese.

Gorgeous CAS cards. The ballerina is awesome, so stunning. My favourite must be the mice on the last card, so sweet x
