Have you ever used nesting dies to create a layered look on your card? Today I have a video sharing how I did just that!

Today’s cards are very different! It all began with with these sweet little critters from the Baby Shower Stamp Set.
I coloured them with Altenew Artist Markers and thought it would be fun to add some balloons in their hands.
Then I just had to add a background and so I used the Mountain Scene and Cloud Scene Stencils to do this.
My second card and video shares how I created a layered look using the Nesting Ovals Die Set.
I used the gorgeous Beauty Within Stamp Set
and was able to add colour very quickly with the new Simple Coloring Stencil Set.

OMG!!! fabulous floral card. Can’t wait to give it a try. Beautiful colors used and I think i will like the stencil layering better than the block layering, seems to be a bit more controlled and easier. Love your work and helpful tip techniques. Happy Day and off to more hopping.

I loved the addition of the balloons to the critter card, but the colors and the layering on the oval card was just…. WOW!!!!! I have done the triple time layering before and love the look, but yes, this simplifies it. The colors of the flowers are just gorgeous. Now I’m thinking I need those color inks. Ugh. Lol. Thank you for sharing and for inspiring me to revisit that style of card.
