Do you make different styles of floral cards? Today I have 3 ‘flower’ cards to share but they are all quite different….
This post is part of a Hop celebrating a new release from Altenew so you should have arrived here from the LAURAJANE’s fabulous Blog, and there are lots of new beautiful flowers to play with! I started today with a more traditional, what I like to call ‘busy’, or should I say, it’s ‘busy for me’ lol.
This beautiful Airbrushed Flowers Stamp Set is so very easy to layer and quick to stamp too!
I added a vase from the Versatile Vases 2 and the water and background were easy to do using the coordinating Mask Stencils.
I added a simple sentiment from the Flower Vine set using Featured Sentiments Dies.
My next style was more ‘modern’ and this time I used only the Vintage Garden Stencil to give the ‘hint’ of flowers.
I chose lots of different mixed sentiments to create my layered look.
As well as some Antique Gold Ink Spray splatters and Sequins.
My final design is quite CAS and this time I used the Enchanted Roses Stamp Set.
I added a decorative edge using the Swirl Motif 3D Embossing Folder.
And my sentiment is from the Simple Greetings Die Set.

Three absolutely beautiful floral cards. The colours used in the first card are really pretty and I have to confess this is my favourite. However, I love the more simplistic style of the second and the striking bright orange orange that you used to make a real statement and the third is simply very pretty. Beautiful cards, all so different, love the Vintage Garden stencil with mixed sentiment strips on black for this cool modern look. The color combo with airbrushed flowers is beautiful and the enchanted roses with dry embossing is so elegant too
These are all very different types of flower cards. I really like the first one, though it’s not really my style. So you know you can inspire others, when you inspire out of their style. Great work!

Oh my gosh. The blue Enchanted Roses is lovely. That would be my choice out of the new products if I had to pick one. I do love blue flowers. I really wish there was a blue rose. I’d have a whole garden full. I’d be glad to swap one of my cards for the one you created. Also, embossing has come a long way hasn’t it?

I have never seen the water in a vase look so real on a card before. The embossing on the side of the card with the hanging flowers makes for a perfect background.
