How To Make 2 EASY Christmas Cards from 1 Design Panel + Video!

Put your hand up if you like Poinsettia cards…. actually, both my hands are up, they are one of my fave Holiday images ever!

I’m back with the next Feature Friday Post as Guest Designer at Concord & 9th this month. Don’t forget to check out my GD buddies, they are Channin, Seeka and Yasmin, cause I know you’ll love to see how they used these fabulous sets!

But, before we get to the Poinsettias I have a quick clean and simple card to share.

Using the O Holy Night Stamp Set. I love this scene, it reminds me of when I travelled in Egypt and Morocco….

And you can find the video for my next 2 designs linked below.

If you’ve not seen them before, Concord & 9th have ‘Fill-In’ sets and this Poinsettia Fill-In Bundle made me so very happy.

Lostinpaper - Concord & 9th - Poinsettia Fill-In Bundle (card) 1 copy

I used the die cut sentiment from the coordinating die set for the first design.

And the second card uses the stamp layer base with the die cut Poinsettia layers.

And when you are not sure….. go for a black and white heat embossed sentiment lol.

You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at YouTube!

I hope you were inspired to create with some Poinsettia’s today! Thanks so much for joining me here, don’t go too far, there’s a lot more coming up this month! Crafty hugs,

  1. Two really lovely cards, Therese! I think you might already know how much I love Poinsettias? Loving these with the pink cards!
Outstanding ‘off the page’ design, my friend! Truly stunning, CAS, and brilliant!
    =]

  2. Wow! Love poinsettias ant these two cards are beautiful. Love the first gold word card so much.
Thank you so much for the video, it’s so nice to craft with you.
    Cheers
    Lisa

    1. hahaha I totally hear you Pam, but Christmas sets aren’t a difficult choice for me as I use them so much every year and they never go out of style, so I get the ones I want lol.

  3. I always love your work… and poinsettias are one of my Christmas favorites as well! Your pink and red is lovely!

  4. Hi Therese, I love these cards….my favorite is the nativity card. Placing the sentiment off to the side and the tiny little picture in the middle was brilliant. You always have such a good eye for symmetry.

  5. Poinsettias are always beautiful and I love them in any color. Your cards display them beautifully, Therese.

  6. Beautiful cards. I think I have multiple poinsettia stamps and dies in my collection 😉 I am really inspired by the gold though today. I think I have a set that would work really well to CASe that one.

  7. Beautiful cards! Great idea to offset words on first card, very pretty. Two hands up for poinsettia’s for me too. Can never go wrong with such a beautiful flower. Thanks for sharing designs.
