Altenew Mighty Kind Stand Alone Dies Collection Release Blog Hop & Giveaway!

Did you know that it is really EASY to create watercolour die cut flowers?

But first did you know that Altenew has a new stand-alone die release and I just had to make a card! And we are hopping along at Altenew so you should have arrived here from DANA’s amazing Blog!

These cards were so simple to create, I started with a wash of watercolour using the Artists’ Watercolors.

Then it was just a matter of some die cutting. And I started with the Painted Blooms die Set.

Next I added a Crystal Frame and a simple sentiment from the Modern Hello Stamp Set (I need some birthday cards for my stash).

My second design uses the Rose Queen Die Set and this time I die cut it twice and layered it up on the card front.

This time my sentiment is from the Stone Mosaic Stamp Set. Aren’t these fonts divine!

  1. Beautiful cards! I love the crystal frame. Will definitely have to check that out as it adds so much behind the flowers.

  2. Oh Therese, these cards are just absolutely beautiful. The colours you used are just delightfully delicate reflecting the nature of the Rose Queen die cut flower. The Painted Blooms card is lovely too and the deeper shades just perfect for those flowers ❤️
