How to Inlay Die Cut EASY & MULTIPLE Tips | Take 2 With Therese + Video!

Have you tried Inlay Die Cutting? Sounds scary right, but it’s not, and what’s more it’s a great way to stretch your dies!

But before we start did you know that this video is part of my Take 2 With Therese series of videos that I create for Altenew? And you can check out the full playlist right HERE for more inspiration.

I wanted to show you both an ‘easy’ version of Inlay Die Cutting as well as stepping it up to ‘multiple’ Inlay die cutting…..

Altenew - Mini Flower Cluster - Just Leaves - Mix and Match Frames - Take 2 With Therese (card video) 7 copy

Starting with the easy version. I used the Mix and Match Frames Die Set on both designs and blended my own cardstock colour to suit.

Then I added some Mini flower Clusters which were layered from the Red Sunset Gradient Cardstocks.

And a sentiment from the Beauty Within Stamp Set.

I decided to step it up a notch in my second design and did some multiple Inlay Die Cutting.

And on both cards I also added some of the Just Leaves Die Cuts.

  1. Great cards Therese. Thank you for reminding me to use these die sets. Have all of them and none has yet been used. Love your techniques so the dies WILL come out. Can’t make up my mind which I like best. Both are very pretty. Thank you for your brilliant inspiration 😉
