Altenew Celebrating Watercolors Blog Hop + Giveaway ($300 in Prizes)!

Did you know that anyone can watercolour? Seriously, with a quick wash of colour and a beautiful stamp you can have a card made in minutes… except for drying time lol.

Welcome back! I am here today with Altenew Celebrating Watercolors and we are hopping along so you should have arrived here from KELLY’s wonderful blog!

I have a very simple project to share with you today. And I wasn’t joking when I said that ANYONE can do this, it is literally a wash of colour on some watercolour cardstock. And some gorgeous flowers from the Kind Reminders Set stamped on top.

Altenew - Kind Reminders - Fancy Enjoy Die - Watercolor 24 Pan Set (card) (4)

I did ‘mix’ my own colours from the 24 Pan Set but you could just as easily use the beautiful colours direct from the pans themselves. I also looked at the ‘stamp image’ to work out roughly where I wanted the petals and leaf colours. But in truth, don’t overthink it.

  19. Therese,
I love the muted watercolors you used to make this beautiful card, I love floral designs, you can use them for almost any card. I especially liked the dimensional sentiment on the front, it really stands out!
