Do you like silhouette stamps? Today I have TWO ideas to share with you & a link for your chance to WIN!
I LOVE this industry! When companies can collaborate together and create amazing products to share with us! For today’s release for the Summer Of Stamping Ellen Hutson has joined with Avery Elle and developed a fabulous tropical set called Hello Sunshine.

Silhouette stamps can sometimes feel intimidating…. but what could be any simpler than a repeated pattern such as I have done here.

And for a little bit of added fun I decided to stamp bands of colour, but you could also do a rainbow if you prefer lol.

For my next card I used the silhouette stamps as a ‘base colour’ and did some simple shading over top with my Prismacolor Pencils.

It has the look of ‘no-line’ stamping and there is a lot less colouring because the base colour is already there. Just make sure to use a colour that will play well with the pencil colours that you plan to use on top.

This time I used a sentiment from the Casual Greetings Stamp Set and built it up with layered die cuts.

Have I inspired to colour a silhouette? Don’t forget to share it with me if you do, I love to see what you create!
Also, join us at the Ellen Hutson Summer of Stamping for your chance to WIN at the IG HOP HERE. So head there to comment and see lots more inspiration.
