Have you ever created a ‘faux’ emossed card? Today I have an easy and fun way to do just that!
The new release that is coming from Ellen Hutson has such a variety of fun images and sentiments, but his set really makes me smile.
Having co-ordinating sentiments and dies made it very easy to create this faux embossed card.

I simply stamped, then die-cut the sentiments and adhered them directly onto the front of the card. This dimension makes it look like they are ’embossed’.

For my next card I acutally use a regular die as a Hot Foil Stamp! It’s great to be able to stretch our supplies and get a totally different look.

To colour the mug, I used the large Blending Tools after I masked it with Masking Magic.

I hope that you enjoyed this little sneak peek. And don’t worry it won’t be long til you can get these at the Ellen Hutson online store. I’ll be back tomorrow with another peek….. Big hugs,
