Don’t have any watercolours? Don’t worry, you can get ‘the look’ using what you already have in your stash!
Did you know that you can use your ‘dye inks’ to watercolour? For some quick and easy tips join me at Ellen Hutson!

This is the Mondo Orchid and isn’t she divine!

I loved the elegance of this image soo much, I had to make 2 cards!

Let me know if you have a favourite today and which one it is in the comments below! You can find everything I used in today’s cards at Ellen Hutson. Until next time, Hugs,

Also, just in case you want to do a little shopping I’ve added the links (some of them are affiliate links which means that I will receive a small portion of the sale at no extra cost to you). I truly appreciate your support of my card adventures!
Oh, Therese – there’s something I like most about each! So very beautiful!
=]
Thank you Michele, you are the sweetest!
I love the second one, is there a video on how to do this?
Hi Jeannette, there is a Reel I made for Ellen Hutson showing how I did this but I am not sure if it has been released as yet… shouldn’t be too long. I do have a playlist at my Youtube channel sharing many different techniques for watercolouring and basically ‘dye’ inks can be substitued for many of them. and the best thing is that you don’t have to mix colours if you have the ink pad in the colour that you want lol. Hope this helps, here is the link for my playlist, https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLXmF43PX8y55wrVFZ4w5SsnkSOm8lPqlM
So beautiful! Love the different looks on both of them.
Thank you my friend x
GORGEOUS! I love all the “Mondo-s”! This will be coming home to me 🙂
I know right! The ‘Mondo’s’ make my heart happy too!
They’re both beautiful, Therese!
Thanks so much Lisa x
Both are beautiful but I like the purple one best.
Thank you Joyce!
Loved the colours of the two cards. I always forget about using dye inks to watercolour, so thank you!
I especilly like colouring with the Distress Inks as they convert to watercolour so beautifully!
I have a preference for the darker one – the colours seem richer! Both gorgeous though
