Do you like use images to create a repeat design? This is something I often do, and today I have one that will brighten your day.
But first, did you know that this card uses images from the new release at Ellen Hutson? And, if you like to send mail and cards😉 then, this release is perfect for you. Did you see my card on release day HERE? It had a fun repeat design which got me thinking, why not expand on that idea.
Card Idea – Repeat Design!
So, I decided to repeat the ‘repeat design’. I love choosing an image or theme from a stamp set and repeating it on a card. I chose just one stamp and changed it up by colouring the same image multiple ways. I also decided to use the coordinating dies to cut them out and added dimension by popping them up with foam tape.
These stamps from the First Class Stamp Set were easy to line up and almost fill a card front.
BONUS IDEA: Instead of repeating the same image, use different images! For example, this set would be great to choose and colour a variety of different stamp images and repeat them over the front of a card.
I added a sentiment from the Sending Love Set which has coordinating dies… awesome!
