It’s time to Colour with ‘U’ again and today I started with the idea of watercolor…. now, that didn’t happen did it! I have to say that I am a little addicted to Ellen Hutson’s cardstock and in particular this Oyster Gray, it’s so smooth and creamy (or grey’y really). So once I decided to use that the watercolour idea went out the window.
ooh, the joy of a white heat embossed sentiment on a black background… now I know I am home lol.

Gorgeous image and beautifully coloured (of course). Love the softness and super layout. Enjoy your camping trip. Hope your laptop gets fixed real quick.
This is such a fab colour palette on this gorgeous floral cluster. Thanks for the inspiration and tips on the video.
such a beautiful card Therese! I’d be happy to watch you colour in real time because I just love watching how you do it. I do hope your computer is well again soon. You mentioned “classes” in the video – do you hold classes yourself ? I could travel to Queensland for one of your classes!!! As always, thanks so much for taking the time to share your techniques.
Hi Mary I don’t hold high hopes for my computer but am thankful I took out the extra care so I am not too stressed (except for the time that it takes to set a new one up). I have taught a couple of online classes with Altenew that are available and may have plans for a future real class at some point. I will let you know when and if that happens. Thanks for your lovely comments hugs Therese
A lovely card. Wonderfully colored and mounted.
so good to have you back, Therese. love this stamp (may just have to break down and buy it one of these day!!) but it is especially pretty with your lovely coloring. and so good to listen to your comments on what you took on your trip.
You had me at grey … oyster, or otherwise! Gorgeous coloring, Therese! You do make it seem so do-able! xx

Such a beautiful card!! 🙂
What a lovely clean design. So subtle coloured with Prisma Pencils. Thanks Theresa
Beautiful card Therese love those flowers, every time I see them coloured I regret not buying them then I look in my craft room and I think no no, use what you have. I think the way you have coloured these and your card design are perfection. You also sound pretty happy to be home, had enough of the dust?? xx
Oooh, this is gorgeous!
Gorgeous coloring, Therese! I love the subtleness of that oyster gray with the pinks and white! Thanks for the insight about your trip supplies and practicalities!
Gorgeous card. I don’t always stop to watch your videos but I do enjoy them! Thanks for letting us know what you missed when away. Definately wouldn’t have been a great idea to colour on the roads you went on! As a knitter that’s what long trips are for for me 🙂 Hope the computer isn’ t down for too long – it could well be it’s way of saying why did you leave me for 3 months! Enjoy the next camping trip and look forward to seeing your coloured Christmas images.
Therese, I love your beautiful card. Your video is excellent. Your sense of color, design and technique is so inspiring. Good luck with your computer. Enjoy your upcoming camping trip–I look forward to photos. I hope in your Christmas card designs you include 5 for 5.
Wow this is totally and utterly stunning and so beautiful. Your colouring is superb and this makes for such exquisite card. Hugs x
What a stunner, Therese … the soft pinks and whites are beautiful with that gorgeous grey! Love watching you colour … the balance of real time and fast on the video is great for me … gives me chance to watch carefully and then enjoy the magic happen ‘plus vite’! Good luck getting your computer sorted! Hugs, Anita 🙂
