Did you see that Altenew has released NEW inks? And do you know what shape they are, can you guess?
But first, my confession, did you see that the Black Friday SALES have begun? In fact, they seem to start earlier every year! I’ve already had 3 boxes arrive yesterday and one the day before, so I have done my fair share, or not yet lol.

Today, I couldn’t decide what to do and finally decided to crack out the new Altenew Fresh Dye Inks. If you want to see more inspiration and ideas using these inks I have 4 cards showcasing many different techniques right HERE.
My favourite thing about these inks is the colours, and in true Altenew style, they have created some dreamy combinations. Which I thought would go perfectly with this beautiful Magnolia Ballerina Set.
I added a floral blended Postage panel (which should have been smooshed, but I got the message wrong lol, sorry Michelle) and a sentiment from my new fave Versatile Greetings Die Set.

It was a journey but with your help I was able to create this card with a few giggles along the way. You guys are truly awesome and some of my favourite peoples in the world!
And the ANSWER to my original question, what shape are the ink pads…. they are ROUND!

I’m sorry I missed the LIVE and I’ve yet to watch the video, but I love your creation. I bought the new inks but have yet to try them out. Do you know if they are going to replace all the original colours with the rounds? I’ve been waiting for such a long time for the Red Cosmos set to come back in stock in the Ovals (I have the mini’s).
Thank you again for your amazing inspiration. I have the Magnolia Ballerina set too, but yet to use it.
My problem is I have way too much of everything. I think I need to either take a break from buying or just buy the things I can’t do without. That’ll be a toughie.
I know you will enjoy these inks if you already love the oval versions, and I haven’t heard if they are going to ‘replace’ these or not. It may be worth an email to their happiness team to ask them when the ovals will be back in stock and that might just give you the answer. If I hear anything I’ll let you know!
Dare I say I hear you, when you say ‘too much’ as the day before this LIVE I just couldn’t decide on what I wanted to do lol. But it was fun to play with the new inks as I have been on holidays and hadn’t had a chance to use them yet… and as for holding back on buying, well, you and I both know that won’t happen here hahaha.
