Do you like Gingham? Let’s explore some more ideas to use that gingham! Are you ready?
Have you seen my gingham ideas using the recent release at Ellen Hutson? I shared a gingham card using a modern masculine style, made with a die cut Sew Cute Bunny which you can see HERE. Next was a gingham background idea which you can see HERE and then what to do with ‘leftover’ gingham HERE… so what is it all about today?
Gingham Idea #4 – Die Cut Background!
PRO TIP: To make the background I used the Skinny Stripes Stamp, it’s a huge background stamp that creates ‘gingham’ in just 2 stamps!
Have you ever die cut a background out of a background? This is a great way to get a totally different look and stretch those supplies. I love the way that this gingham looks die cut with the Lattice Background…

but add a critter and now, I’m all smiles! I adore this Sweet Spring Combo and this bunny is my fave from the set (shh, don’t tell the others lol).

Hope you are enjoying this inspiration and are inspired to try creating something special with ‘gingham’. I’ll be back real soon, Crafty hugs,

Also, just in case you want to do a little shopping I’ve added the links below (some of them are affiliate links which means that I will receive a small portion of the sale at no extra cost to you). I truly appreciate your support of my card adventures!

I love this idea!
Thank you Christy!
Absolutely adorable bunny and background.
Thanks so much Carolyn!
Fantastic!
Yay! Thank you Lisa!
I really like gingham! A classic that looks adorable on Spring cards like yours!
I agree, gingham has such a fun look!
I made my very own lime green gingham dress in home economics – yes, there was such a thing in the 60’s! I loved it so much it was threadbare by the end! Probably from all that ironing – yes, we did that back then, too!
Your darling bunny would have fit so nicely in the pocket!
So absolutely adorable, Therese!
=]
Oh yes, you would have looked the cutest and that bunny would have been perfect in your pocket lol.
Don’t tell, but this sweet bunny is my favorite too! Even sweeter surrounded in gingham. Darling card, Therese!
Promise I won’t tell (wink)
Beautiful, and he is a cute bunny!
I know right!
