Do you like sweet things? Well, today I have something sweet just for you…
But first, this post is part of a Hop celebrating a new release from Artisty by Altenew scroll down to find out how you can join along!
#MYFIRSTWATERCOLOUR
This has been something that I have been wanting to try for some time now. I bought some watercolour tubes a little while ago (well, let’s be real… it was probably at least 2 years ago now) and they are still sitting in the box. And if you joined my live recently you may have heard me say that something I would love to do is to learn to watercolour. Well, fast forward and a week later here I am, drawing and painting on my very own. I know it’s no Picasso, but I had such fun and found these new paint colours from Altenew perfect for my sweet piece of watermelon.
Fun Fact: My husband is a very adventurous eater, he will literally try anything, BUT the one thing in this world he dislikes is Watermelon… WHAT!?! Nobody hates watermelon 😉!

I used the Watercolor Paper Pad, which has a white, smooth finish though it looks a little more off-white in the photos than IRL.

And I finished it off with a ‘sweet’ sentiment from the Versatile Greetings Die Set.
