Today I have two more cards using some fun products from Neat & Tangled, this is my last post as Guest Designer… I can’t believe how quickly this month has flown by.
My focus today is the Floral Heart stamp set and matching die and the video is a little longer than usual as I filmed both cards, almost in production line style.
You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at Youtube.
[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_5bHTEt5vM0]

I had to use the Awesome die again, but this time I made it all gold and shiny!

For the remaining sentiments I used the My Favorite Nut stamp set.

I love that the Floral Heart die can be separated, what a genius idea!

I would just like to say a big Thank You to Neat & Tangled I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as Guest Designer this month!

Other Supplies: Copics 0 / G20,24,40,43 / R02,22. Zigs – Pale Green / Olive Green. Tombow Markers 873 / 885. Cardstock – Recycled / MFT – Sno Cone / Blu Raspberry / Insulation Pink.

Today I have a very clean and simple design to share. I used one of the cute Penny Black hedgehogs to sit on top of a sentiment that was discarded from a previous card…. and I didn’t want to put it aside because you already know that I would never use it, so while I’m motivated I’m using it!
You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at Youtube.

It’s Friday and time for my second Guest Design post at Neat & Tangled. I’m seriously having so much fun with these stamps and dies that I couldn’t stop at just one card, so I made two!
You can see the video of my first card here or Watch it in HD at Youtube.

I think I was channeling my inner Laura Bassen today… (I wish lol.) Smooshing, grey background, cas, bright colours!

I used mostly the same products on both cards and kept them clean & simple, but love that they are still different

Looking forward to seeing you again next Friday with some more Neat & Tangled fun, the products that I used today are listed below. Hugs

Smooshed Sentiment – Other Supplies: Cardstock – AC – Smoke. Copics – 0 / W0,2 / R00 / E40,42,43,44 / T0. Copics – R05. Fun Foam – dark brown Cardstock – American Crafts – Smoke. Paper Pad – Simple Stories SN@P! wood & notebook basics.

Today I have an extra special collaboration video with Olga Direktorenko. She creates the most amazing papercraft projects with a focus on die cutting and her blog is called Building Your World (what a perfect name)!

The focus today was water lilies and the Lotus set from Altenew was an obvious choice for me.

This week is MASSIVE, it’s Altenew’s 3rd Anniversary and you already know that they know how to celebrate in style as well as give you the opportunity to WIN too, but more about that later.
Today it’s time for the Card Design Team to hop and we are so lucky to be joined by some incredibly talented papercrafters, you should have arrived here from Jennifer McGuires blog, and she never fails to inspire! (scroll down for the full hop list)
Here are some of my Altenew faves….

So… In keeping with the party atmosphere I thought it would be fun to create a fun set of cards using some of the mini stamp sets from Altenew, and these Fair themed images seemed perfect!

I used the Splash of Color set to create a bright background for the Carousel and Ferris Wheel images.

The background here was ink blended through the Halftone Stencil and the sentiment was die cut with the Inline Alpha die set.

Here I stamped a Carousel background and heat embossed the sentiment from the Celebrate Stamp Set.

and finally a more graphic style design using some cardstock from the New Day Card Kit with the Carousel and Ferris Wheel images. Scroll down for the video link.

Other Supplies:
Today at the Altenew Blog I have a focus post featuring the new Extra Special stamp set. That means three different cards using this set as well as a video which you can find linked below.
For my first card I created a stamped background with the main flower image from the Extra Special stamp set and then for the sentiment I couldn’t help myself but I just had to get out the Bold Alphabet dies (sorry Wida) and I used one of the new cardstocks, this one is the Deep Iris and isn’t it pretty!

and did you see that I had the Ink Sprays out again….. I used Soft Lilac, Lavender Fields and Frayed Leaf to create my background.

For my second card I also used the Halftone Stencil and the Artist Markers to create a more classic ‘Mother’s Day’ design.

My final card (and video) was probably the easiest and funnest, I created a subtle background for the Thank You die which I made all shimmery…. but you can watch the whole process on video if you scroll just a little further on.

You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at Youtube.
