Merry Christmas! I know, I know, it’s not everywhere in the world yet, but it is for us, so big hugs and hope you have the most fantabulous day (I’m just starting it early for some of you)!
Today I thought I would share this bright Summery Christmas card which was the call for the Australian Cardmaking, Stamping & Papercraft magazine where it was published.

Hope you are ready for the big event today! Chrissy Hugs,

Other Supplies: Cardstock AC’s – Key Lime / Bazzill – Turquoise Mist. Copics – RV02,04,17. YG00,03,17. Sparklets – Yellow / Pink MME Enamel Dots – I’m With.
I don’t know about you but I always forget to make my tags… that is until I start wrapping the presents lol. And this is not necessarily a bulk tag to create but it is perfect for that special person or family. But it was fun to make so I thought I would share the process with you!
You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at Youtube.

Thought I would sneak one more Chrissy video in… it’s not long now, are you ready?

Other Supplies: Avery Elle – Elle’s Alphas.
Today I felt like colouring with my Inktense Pencils, and I forgot how much I adore the vibrancy of them! Especially when I’m colouring such a sweet little Penny Black image, so I filmed as I created so you can watch the process.
You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at Youtube.
[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0D4ZYob2FCQ]

So happy to be playing in my studio, hope you are finding just a little crafty time right now. Hugs,

Other Supplies: Inktense Pencils – Ink Black / Neutral Grey / Saddle Brown / Madder Brown / Baked Earth / Mustard / Sun Yellow / Apple Green / Felt Green / Ionion Green / Iris Blue / Sea Blue / Iron Blue / Carmine Pink / Crimson / Shiraz.
Love stretching my supplies and today my card features some ‘Snowflake Leaves’ from Penny Black, and I filmed so you can watch the process.
I was inspired by this wonderful card HERE that Jill Foster made, where I first saw the idea to use these flakes as leaves and she did make the most fabulous wreath… I gotta do that myself, how clever she is!
You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at Youtube.
[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8vP0J8jxnqM]

If I had time, I would love to have made this same card but instead of my ‘leaves’ make them glittery snowflakes, but alas time is precious right now, maybe another day…
Loving this busy time of year though, trying not to make it too stressful and totally enjoying the sparkly lights on my Christmas tree! Hope you are having holiday fun too, Hugs

Other Supplies: Prismacolor pencils – White / Black / Warm Grey 10, 20% / French grey 20, 70, 90% / Deco Pink / Poppy Red / Crimson Red. Queen & Co Pearls – Red. Cardstock – greens.
I’m sad to say this is my last video in my 2016 Same but Different Christmas Card Series for this year. And for my final set of cards I’ve gone with a theme, and today we are ‘Keeping it Warm’.
I was asked to create some ‘warm weather’ cards because you may have guessed that I live in Australia and typically our weather is hot at Christmas. And I know crafter’s that struggle with the concept of snow flakes on Australian Christmas cards, yes, Linda I’m talking about you lol. This is also the lady you can blame for me starting my own blog and submitting for publications, I feel very lucky to call her a friend and an inspiration.

It’s Week 5 in my‘2016 Same but Different Christmas Card Series’ and today is about about One Layer Cards! There are a few tricks that can be used to take one layer designs to the next level and today I will share a few of my faves.
You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at Youtube.
[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hZnAhERt-B0]

The best thing about creating a One Layer Card (other than the challenge of creating exactly what you want in only one layer) is that it is easy to post and with crossed fingers it will arrive at it’s final destination in one piece and without any extra postage cost.
I’ll be back next week with the final in this series!

Happy 1st of December everybody! I have a quick share today, these cards were recently published as part of a Stamper’s Challenge for the Australian Cardmaking, Stamping & Papercraft magazine, using a Darkroom Door stamp set.

So glad you could visit me, I have plans to be back with a video in a couple of days, I have heaps of Christmassy things to do between now and then so wish me luck and just a few extra hours in the days please!

Merry Christmas – Other Supplies:
Welcome back, and we are already into Week 4 of my Christmas Card Series for 2016, can you believe it! And today it’s all about ‘mass production’ and you all know that sometimes it’s a necessary ‘evil’ lol. but with some slight tweaks they can all be ‘the Same but Different’.
You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at Youtube.
[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zZEsqvsCkYM]

There are some great advantages to mass production, the pressure is ‘off’, you don’t have to rethink every card design and while the goodies are out, making multiples of a design certainly is a time saver. Finally, if it means that your friends and family can receive a hand made card from you this Christmas, that is truly a bonus and I will tell you right now that they will appreciate it, it does not matter that the cards are similar or even the same!
See you again real soon! Hugs,

Other Supplies: Annabelle Stamps – Santa’s Star (retired). Crate Paper – Paper Pad – Bundled Up (discontinued but a google search found some on ebay…). Ranger Distress Marker – Squeezed Lemonade. Copics – E000,00,11,31,50 / BG11,13 / Y11,21 / R22 / T0.
Welcome back to Week 3 in my Same but Different Christmas Card Series for 2016. today is all about keeping the same basic design but changing up the elements to make each card look unique. I have used some cute Penny Black products, because you can always use some cute Christmas cards right?
You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at Youtube.
[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=96_PQb5xZFw]

You don’t have to reinvent the wheel with every card, it’s easy when you keep the same basic design and just change up the elements. In no time at all you can create a set of cards that are all different!
Thanks so much for stopping by today, of course I’ll be back again real soon,

Other supplies: Hemp Twine – Brown / Black / Red. Inktense Pencils – Spring Green / Ionian Green / Hooker’s Green / Bark / Oak / Baked Earth / Tan / Madder Brown / Saddle Brown / Mid Vermillion / Chilli Red / Neutral Grey. Kindyglitz – Crystalina glitter glue.
